Developed as an in-house product of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the system is built for HSVP allottees, architects, engineers, and estate officers. OBPAS integrates with external APIs for real-time plot validation and employs a powerful Quick DCR Scrutiny Engine that automatically analyzes submitted AutoCAD drawings as per Haryana Building Code and HSVP regulations.
